Francine Porad

Francine Porad, pictured in her self-portrait, was an artist, poet, and editor of Brussels Sprout an offshoot haiku journal of Haiku Northwest. Her letter below to Nick Virgilio accepting his haiku arrived just a week before he died. It was the last acceptance, and one of the final letters he received.
